I would avoid this srvice at ALL costs. Constantly miss-placing letters and parcels. I had some VERY important documents go missing that were promised to have been shredded then re-appeared the next time I went it. Again, this letter contained very snsitive information. After being in today to collect some parcels, Jerry the Manager acted very unprofessionally towards me. I was originally dealing with his colleague and alerted her to the fact I was missing a parcel. He got involved and took the huff. He pointed at his lunch as if he didn't have the time to deal with me. I really don't have time for people or attitudes like this so left the office. He followed me out and told me that it might be better for me to 'just cancel the service'. I will be cencelling now anyway as the business has grown to the size of needing a new office and warehouse. More...

first while was okay but unfortunately found them to be very rude after canceling services, i signed back up but they put it towards an old invoice and attempts to get it back have failed and now wont give me any mail either watch out! ! I hired a mailing address through Clyde Offices for two months and the service was hugely helpful during that time. I rented some camping equipment for my hiking trip and could only find it for mail delivery; because I flew in from the USA, I needed an address in Glasgow and it so happens their office is very near the train station so this plan worked out perfectly as I set out Monday morning for my trip via train. In addition to easy communications and set up, the service worked with me on my order so that delivery time and pick up were arranged and I had no issues arriving and picking up as planned despite an awkward delay between delivery and pick up. My box was also large, which was certainly an inconvenience for them to hold for a week, but they understood my situation. I recommend Clyde Offices if you are seeking a mailing address in Glasgow. Terrible experience with these guys. Cancelled first appointment, then sent an inexperienced and terrible cleaner who came 35 minutes late and barely cleaned half the 2 bedroom apartment over 3 hours. Half the floors were dirty, half the kitchen was left untouched (eg hob, most of the counters, half the floor, the sinks) and the bathrooms were full of hairs everywhere. When feedback was provided with photos, they apologised and offered a full refund which they then never sent. Awful. More...

Worst cleaning company I have ever dealt with. Cleans were okay (nowhere near as thorough as my previous cleaner who unfortunately has retired) but the admin side of things was an absolute nightmare from the word go. The company was extremely bad at communication - I always had to email them numerous times before they would respond, leaving everything to the last minute so that I didn’t know whether I was coming or going. I requested for the same cleaner and gave the cleaner my key yet a week later, they sent a different cleaner and called to let me know that she couldn’t access my house (she didn’t have a key). More recently, I had rescheduled my clean which they had agreed to. Unfortunately they didn’t notify the cleaner, who subsequently accessed my property without authorisation when I was not in and carried out a clean which I did not request for nor require. They admitted they were at fault however subsequently went on to invoice me for the clean to which I emailed back to state that I shouldn’t been billed for a mistake that they had made. They refused to offer me the clean free of charge as they were adamant that they still carried out the clean. A very unprofessional company. Avoid!! UPDATE!!! After formally cancelling my scheduled cleans with Pauline (Business Development Manager) and requesting for my key to be posted back to me (to which the request was disregarded as I never did receive my key back), I have continued to receive email and text notifications of my upcoming cleans. I have chose to ignore these notifications. However, a cleaner turned up at my home today, ready to access my house (she had the key) and carry out a clean WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION!! Thank goodness I was working from home as the whole family are self-isolating, and I was able to inform the cleaner of the situation and get my key back! Unbelievable! I can’t believe how unprofessional and incompetent this company is! I only imagine that they would have tried to invoice me for the clean even though they would have accessed my property illegally to carry out a clean that I didn’t request for! I am so glad that I have managed to appoint another cleaning company - the service this new company provides is completely night and day compared to Ocean Cleaning! More...

I would use this company again and again. They cleaned the house from top to bottom after end of tenancy and what a job they done. Three of them never stopped for five hours and cleaned everything.
