Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Our team at OBL have all the equipment to get the job done. We will never expect the customer to supply anything! This includes -carpet cleaners, detergents, disinfectant, mops, brushes or wipes. We believe little things matter too, so with house cleans we even offer to put a free air freshner in the bathroom and we’ll always change the toilet roll from our stock and never the customers!
What do you love most about your job?
Every employee at OBL cleaning loves working for us. We love having daily interaction with customers and leaving their premises sparkly clean, it gives us a sense of achievement and happiness knowing the customer is happy with the service we provided.
Why should our clients choose you?
We always strive not to be the biggest but the best! We always do a great job for our customers. We’ll never leave unless the customer and the team are 100% happy and even if the customer is not home at the time of cleaning, if they see anything when they arrive home they are not happy with, we will come back ASAP free of charge.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If the customer wants our team members to wear masks we will, our team will always respect the customers wishes and space.
