What do you love most about your job?
I love making a difference in someone's life. It could be as simple as making them smile but intimately knowing that my actions have a positive impact on their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoyed working as a nurse but as I got promoted I realised that I missed the face to face care. I remembered how much I enjoyed being a live in care worker many years ago and thought I could make a change in someones life by inspiring staff to work well and find joy in their job.
