Nuno was incredibly patient with my 5 year old, and very enthusiastic. His passion for drums and tutoring is clear and now Ayde looks forward to his lesson every week, and practices everyday.

Nuno's lessons are very well suited to my needs and they have helped me reach a level higher than ever on the drums.
I have been playing for over 10 years, but with Nuno's expertise, I feel that my drumming improved faster in the last two months than ever before.

I was not sure what to expect before my first drum lesson, but as soon as Nuno walked in, he made me feel relaxed and right at home on the drums.
His teaching style revolves around the things I want to learn, and I am enjoying drumming more than I ever thought I would. Would definitely recommend

Really good teacher. Honestly, I can't recommend him enough!

Nuno is a fantastic drum tutor. He is engaging, enthusiastic and really inspired me to practice every week. I cannot believe how far I have come!

I love the feeling that I get when I play live and there is this inexplicable energy transfer between the audience and the performers (and between the performers themselves)!
I love building a piece of art from the ground up, watching it evolve and transform into something that one day will mean something (and even if it does to one other person, then it would have done its job).
I love the look on a person's eyes when they finally crack that exercise that we've been working on for a while, when they realise that they can sound like their favourite drummers or bands, that they can play the drums, and that it only gets better from then on!
I love the feeling of freedom and expression one gets when one sits behind the drums. At times in life we struggle to say things the way we want them to be heard, and it can be tough to express ourselves, but it all becomes so much easier on the drums (or any other instrument).

Hitting my mom's pots and pans is really the thing that started all of this.
It was pretty early in life that I realised that I wanted to be a drummer when I grew up, and this is still the dream that I am following. Every day.
This can encompass many things, like drum tutoring, performing live, recording drums, mixing and production. I love doing all of them, and I am incredibly thankful that I get to share my passion for drums and music with others.

I love what I do, and that shows. I like to bring that passion into everything I do, because I feel that it works to bring up motivation and a desire to get better.
I love both playing the drums, and transferring the knowledge I've acquired over the years to help other people play the drums, and my experience helps me to excel at both.

My remote teaching setup consists of: a full drum kit, three useful, high-quality camera angles, professional sound quality and a virtual whiteboard.

All of these allow me to deliver lessons as, if not more, efficiently than in-person classes, with the added benefit of you having these in the comfort of your own home.

It is true that some of the immediacy of in-person lessons can be lost in an online environment. However, I believe that its benefits far outweigh the disadvantages:

- Thanks to my remote teaching setup, there is no loss of immediacy, flow or clarity;

- As travel is not a necessity, lesson times are more flexible, and prices are lower;

- You get to set up your drums or pads the way you like it - they will be as comfortable for you as possible, in your own home. I am happy to assist you with setting up your drums;

- Lesson materials are easier and quicker to share;

- There is a 0% COVID risk.

Lessons have moved to taking place online, through Zoom.

I offer fun and educative online drum lessons. These are carefully planned and custom-made for you, and depending on your own circumstances or goals. Whether you are picking up a pair of sticks for the first time, preparing for Trinity or Rockschool grades, or wanting some advice on an advanced drumming technique, I make sure that my lessons will help you evolve to be the drummer you want to be.
I teach people of all ages and levels, with a kind, nurturing, and fun approach, while making sure you hit your targets!

Whether you need some live drums recorded in a professional studio, or a live drummer, and you are looking for someone you can trust and that will listen to you and understand the sounds you have in your mind, I believe I can help you.
I have extensive experience in both live performing, as well as studio recording, and I am able to adapt to a variety of styles and genres, according to what you are looking for.
I love both acoustic and electronic drums, and should your music require any form of a hybrid setup, this is something that I would be comfortable with.
I have solid experience in Pop, Folk, Indie, Rock, Prog, Singer/Songwriter, Metal and Blues, but if it's a Jazz or Big Band drummer you're looking for, I can help there too.

If you're looking to have professional-sounding drums on your track(s), get in touch.

From my dedicated home studio, I offer a highly-personalised and dedicated service, delivering great-sounding drums to you, quickly.

Whether you know exactly what you're looking for, or are looking for some drummer input, I will be happy to help, and to deliver three initial takes within the first 48h.

From there, I offer up to three revisions, based on your feedback and goals.

I can work in a wide variety of genres and styles, and guarantee a fast, and affordable experience. I can deliver the tracks raw and/or mixed, so depending on your ideas and budget, I will be happy to follow whatever works best for you.
