Personal Trainers

Myles is a fantastic coach! Sessions were intense and tough but always rewarding in the end, with Myles always pushing you to perform better. In the span of only two months I was very happy with my fitness and weight loss results.

Been working with Myles (Nth Degree) for last ten weeks and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness and stamina. Really impressed with the sessions - which are varied and enjoyable (but tough!). Highly recommend

Myles was a fantastic coach, making sessions very challenging, but enjoyable at the same time. He hones into the technique for each punch very closely to make sure that it’s correct which is very good as it kept me from getting into bad habits.

As someone who wasn't confident in the gym, or doing any type of fitness exercise, i took a leap of faith in Myles in January during the lockdown, determined to change my mindset. Myles made me feel comfortable whilst challenging me week on week to be better, fitter and healthier. I have a session once a week and its a mix of outside/inside sessions focusing on either boxing or targeted gym workouts which he builds for me. I couldn't recommend Myles highly enough! More...

Myles is a great PT with sessions that are challenging but rewarding. Always on hand for guidance, responds to messages quickly and is really good at making you feel motivated. Highly recommended.

Training with Myles is excellent.
Sessions are personalised, fun and designed to help you reach your objective. The boxing teaches technique, whilst really working on your fitness. The same is true for the weights/gym sessions.

I have been seeing Myles for roughly a year , for boxing and fitness sessions. He provides a very thorough, safe, fun environment to work with indoors or outside. Prior to working with Myles, I hadn’t attempted to workout nor focus on my diet for years, always trialing and failing. Since working with him I actually look forward to our sessions.
