NR Care was created in order to provide person centred individualised services to vulnerable people who may need care and support.
The services we aim to provide will be responsive and of the highest standard to meet the needs of the people we care for. Whether it is supporting people who have come out of hospital, in need of respite orrehabilitation, or would benefit from support to develop daily life skills, NR Care is committed to meet itsservice users’ needs to enhance their quality of life.
NR Care is committed to providing its clients and service users with healthcare and support professionals that have been recruited to the highest standard, with best practice, recruitment and selection, induction and training in mind.
NR Care is committed to involve service users, advocates, families and Career/Support Workers in the provision, management and development of services which will be monitored on an on-going basis for quality and to ensure the service continues to meet service user’s needs.
By offering outcome based, tailor made services, with compliance, quality management and service delivery always in mind we hope that our intention to remain idealistic and progressive will ensure that NR Care never becomes content in merely being adequate.
NR Care is a dedicated, forward thinking and ethical healthcare agency whose primary objective is to provide top quality staff and service to its clients.
Our key objective is to ensure that the independence, privacy and dignity of each service user of NR Care is maximised to the full through the provision of a comprehensive high quality care service.
We are proud of the reputation that we have built but we are always mindful that such a reputation depends upon the people who work for us. We also understand that how we interact and co-operate with each other is important in maintaining high standards within our working environment and that to have agreed rules, guidelines and standards of conduct for all, maximises the positive impact of that interaction.
Our team of Live–in Carers or care workers are available 24/7 to support informal carers or people living alone who in turn are supported by a dedicated office team who understand both client and care workers needs and offer an out of hours service when the office is not open. Our highly qualified staff will assist the client to formulate a Person Centred Care plan to ensure all the client’s needs are met.
