Everything about our stay was great.The ability and performance from the staff that we met was excellent at each interaction and we were made to feel important. Our welcome was great and the Receptionist was very efficient and understood our needs.The ambience of the Reception, Restaurant and Bar was lovely. It was comfortable, modern and we found their Christmas decorations to be very impressive and attractive. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design of the space.The provision for children was exceptional. We have 9 and 5 year old daughters and they were able to entertain themselves with a digital table game system, young children play zone and a pool table.Fast and easy check in and check out.We will definitely be choosing Novotel as a priority when looking at hotels in the future. Always the go-to choice for my wife and I. We've tried a long list of hotels but this one is definitely on the top. The facilities are user friendly, clean, aesthetically appealing, and the rooms are very cozy and tidy with a lot of space. ||||The reception and customer service is easily the highlight of each trip. The staff is friendly, approachable and professional to a great degree, which is very appreciated after a string of mediocre treatment in other hotels. 2 ladies here deserve special mention for going the extra mile for us, Corina and Arabela who we are very grateful to.||||In summary, great rooms, wonderful facilities and splendid staff.||||Solid 5/5 More...

Check-in was quick but I didnt like the rush to register my car for parking. You get 15 minutes from the moment you enter the car park and it isnt obvious what you need to do before you get to reception.

Stayed here when went to Legoland. Not far from it, quite easy to get from/to it. Staff was very polite, food was good and on the top you got a swimming pool where to soak in after long day. Definitely will use it again!

Went for a Conference for 4 nights stay but extended it for one more night for sightseeing in London as I got so comfortable and homely feelng there. Everything is 5 star and well catered to. Airport is so close. Cherry Lane Bus stop is few minutes walk and frequent buses to West Drayton station for train to London Paddington. So just one hour away from Central London and less stressful and most relaxing place. Also just 15 minutes to Windsor castle by train where I enjoyed a delightful afternoon. ||||Lovely ambience, Clean and New Look, Great hosts-from Reception to Departure. Rahim at Breakfast everyday was so helpful in menu choices and explaining items and catering to special needs.Roxanna always welcoming with big smile at Breakfast. Theodora at Pre-Christmas party constantly taking attention to our needs and Corina at Reception taking extra care to re-confirm my taxi bookings. Extremely warm, helpful and cooperative guys. ||||Nothing really that was negative about my stay. I would like to see more Indian Vegetarian options as starters and main menu and bar menu.||||(There is a coach every 20 minutes to airport..taxi not needed though).||YES...will stay there again....Thanks Novotel M4J4.... The Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane is a real gem! The view from the outside is inviting, on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.I must comment on Ms. Arabella from Reception. I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism...Mr. Nelson at bar was fantastic. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, my kids loved pancake and they enjoy making it by themself's and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable especially Mr. Rahim he is a credit to your organization. Gym was good didn't get much time to spend but next this i will surely. kids playing area was amazing... and the last but not least swimming pool its Worth for your money. The location of the hotel is great, The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. Without doubt, one of the better hotels around London's various airports. We chose it for our Stay/Park prior to a Heathrow departure. It's a very welcoming hotel, Alice made check-in easy, sold us a great value breakfast, (much more economical than a decision made in the morning), a light & airy lobby/bar area and a snack menu deserving of the name with reasonable prices. Just so handy to the airport, easy trip by free bus to the airport. McDonald's is nearby but don't bother it's the most bloody awful place dirty ,busy and the food is lousy. Yeah I was desperate. The reason being I wasn't impressed with the food at the Novotel restaurant. So accommodation great, however I did not try the room service food so that might be okay. Best of luck. More...

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Nice spacious rooms and very tasty food. We were especially pleased with the service of one of the weiters Zhivko who not only was serving us with a smile all evening but took time to play with the kids and make them feel special. Overall I will recomend it!
