I instructed Sam/Novo to carry out a loft conversion. The project took 20 weeks when it was estimated at 8 to 10. We had leak(s) and countless issues mainly caused by non existent project management and poor workmanship. Not recommended

Sam, Dan and their team always arrived when they said they would, they were always courteous and friendly. When we had concerns or changes they were able to implement these with no problems. The initial week threw up a few unforeseen problems, but, aside from a small delay these were dealt with and we were always kept in the loop. Living with building works going on is never pleasant(!) but Sam and Dan made the whole process as easy and worry-free as it could be. We now have a kitchen diner to be proud of a lovely relocated loo(!) and some smart block paving to the front of our house. More...
