From start to finish they have been amazing. Extremely professional, polite and tidy throughout the job. We had issues with drainage and mud, which this has sorted. Even with the heavy rain recently, which would normally have flooded our garden and patio. I wasn't too sure about getting artificial grass as most products look horrendously fake and nasty. I chose to spend little more and get their own specially made grass. Fully worth it! It doesn't look fake at all. Obviously it doesn't feel like real grass, but doesn't feel plastic. It's nice to the touch, so I have no issues with my kids or dog playing on it and rolling around etc. There is also no issues with my dog doing his business on it. His wee drains away perfectly, and I can pick up anything else very easily with no marks or stains. It also doesn't leave any smells etc! I would highly recommend them, nothing is too much trouble either. Absolute top guys. Work machines! Don't go to any other company - you won't get results anywhere near as good as Novagrass! More...

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys! They did an incredible job in our garden and we couldn’t be happier. They absolutely know their trade inside and out and knew exactly what needed doing to achieve a completely flat, weed free seamless finish - something that we struggled with previously. Very good at communicating and responsive.
