How long have you been in business?
I have been in the roofing industry for the last 3 years, I’ve also got many years of experience in fitting upvc windows, doors, guttering, fascia’s and soffits
What guarantee does your work come with?
3 year Limited warranty, North Oxfordshire Roofing & home improvements warrants to the homeowner that the roof services will be free of defects in workmanship. Should a failure occur to defects in workmanship that may cause leakage, North Oxfordshire Roofing & Home Improvements will repair such problems by supplying labour for as long as you own your home. The warranty items are to be repaired only by North Oxfordshire Roofing & Home Improvements and the customer must notify North Oxfordshire Roofing & Home Improvements within 48 hours after the problem has been discovered, North Oxfordshire Roofing & Home Improvements will not be liable for roof or structural damage resulting from normal wear and tear nor be liable for hailstorms, ice damage, hurricane force wind and rain. The duration of manufactures warranty is determined by the product being installed and the limited three year workmanship warranty is for the same duration. In addition, any fungus, bacteria, infestation, Uv degradation, rust or corrosion resulting in metal or wood decay will not be covered, North Oxfordshire Roofing & Home Improvements shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages of any form, this includes damage to the interior or exterior of any building or replacement not authorised in writing or performed by North Oxfordshire Roofing & Home Improvements
