Whilst the first visit eliminated that wasp problem, at the side of the property unfortunately the wasps found another access into the roof space at the back of the house, requiring a second visit. Luckily for me, the wasps appear to have given up! On both occasions, the operatives arrived at the time advised, were most polite, quick and efficient. Office staff too were most courteous, knowledgeable and provided accurate information about costs and timescales.
