We would like to express our thanks to you and the guys who have organised our gas to oil change over. The guys who have been in and out of our house over the past couple of days have been a pleasure to have here. They have respected the fact that we have dogs, made friends and kept the gates closed at all times, they respected our home and left everything cleared and tidy. Normans Heating engineer turned up on the agreed date to service the boiler and the two water heaters and repair two minor leaks. He was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable on the products. He completed everything to above our satisfaction and left the area in a clean and tidy condition.
