We started Norma Care visits for my mum early in 2023 after her previous carers closed. Mum has got some signs of dementia and can be difficult at times, but we have found that the carers are always polite and are very good with mum.
If we need to change or cancel visits they are always accommodating and will always contact us if they are concerned over anything.
I would recommend Norma Care.

Live-in Carers
Norma Care Limited will provide you with an experienced carer who will live in your home with you. You will get the chance to see a profile of the carer and talk to the carer prior to them coming into your home.
Our carers will be able to assist you in all aspects of your daily life. If needed, the carer can help you with all your personal care, including assisting with your washing and dressing and toileting needs. The carer can help with menu planning, shopping, and meal preparation.
Dementia Care
Our Dementia Care packages are built around your requests and requirements, which can be assessed during an initial free consultation by one of our Care Managers.
Dementia Care at home may lessen the impact of dementia, by allowing the service user to remain where they feel most comfortable and familiar. Norma Care Limited will ensure that you or a loved one are assisted with their daily needs.
End of Life Care
At Norma Care we can provide trained, experienced, and professional carers to support those who choose to spend their remaining time in their own homes close to relatives and friends.
Services include:

day time visits
night time care (sleeping and waking nights)
meal preparation
medication support
respite care for family and friends
Domestic and Social Care
We can provide the following support to clients at home:
“sits” to provide companionship and support
domestic support including cleaning and ironing
meal preparation
shopping
organising trips out e.g. for shopping, visiting library, garden centre, weddings etc.
Personal Care
We provide personal care services to people in their own home, at times convenient and in ways our clients find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of clients are paramount.
