What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the faces of customers light up when an extremely dirty carpet returns to as new condition, it is so uplifting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my days in Dubai, housekeepers of the 5-star hotels asked me to start cleaning carpets especially atriums, ballrooms, and rooms, this led to residential and eventually to palaces, yachts, and clubs.
