What do you love most about your job?
My aim was to help landlords, tenants and vendors find a professional service without all the added expense and hidden fees.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having used both letting and estate agents and working in the industry for so long I wanted to offer a straight forward simple pricing structure without the hidden extras. I also work towards matching people to places on the lettings side, rather than just putting anyone in, so it works for the landlord, tenant and us.
Why should our clients choose you?
Customers will get a choice as to which of our services they want to use and pay for.
We understand that it isn't a 'one size fits all' kind of business and there needs to be flexibility for budgets and circumstances.

We are able to do everything online if a customer wishes to do so under the current circumstances. How this could affect the sale or rental of the property can be discussed at the time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following all the government guidelines on the restrictions surrounding Covid-19. We are still open for business and still able to do viewings and valuations but requirements to comply with safety precautions will be discussed at the time of booking any appointments. Our office is open by appointment only.
