I tried to get a quotation from noah garden rooms recently, but they couldn't even do that! Twice they incorrectly spelt my email address, and even when they did get it right, still nothing came through! However, after looking at the reviews on this site and elsewhere, it seems that I dodged a bullet. They don't seem to to customer service very well, so what chance constructing and installing a £4000-£5000 summerhouse. Disappointing!
They are not even sorry or helpful.
It wouldn’t have cost them anything to help put it right but they were not interested!
They blame us but the right thing would have been to help the customer and this is the problem with them. Could have been sorted if they had been willing to work with us but they would rather say it’s all our fault and thanks for the £5k order but nothing to do with us now! It’s in a pile in the garden!!

Dear Catherine, We are sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. As you are aware, we were unable to install your building as the base was not level. As your base was concrete, this was not something that could be rectified easily. We do our best to ensure that customers are aware of what is needed prior to arrival to avoid such situations but unfortunately, we can not install a building if the base is unlevel. Regards, Noah

Don Morris 8 x 6 summerhouse, this building was delivered with so many issues after 40+emails and 40+ photos sent to this company I am left with the same issues. I was offered £50 to put the issues right myself I asked for £100 they would not give me that amount, I also asked for a refund they said no. They sent a team out to put the issues right it still lets water in through the corners and windows, I paid extra for a tyvek wrap which has gone rotten so I asked them for a roll they said the would give me a roll as a gesture of good will if I signed a gagging agreement to stop me posting reviews. I have had to redesign the windows put new doors on sort out the corners and put new tyvek on this building, this company should be ashamed as they will take your money for a building not fit for purpose, Howard More...

Dear Howard, We are sorry you have been left disappointed. We have been in regular contact with you with regards to this issue. We have informed you that you do need to treat the building with an oil-based paint to avoid water ingress. We have sent two teams out to you to assess the building. On the first occasion, you told the not to do any works as you were doing it yourself and you just wanted to show them the issues. We then sent another team to do some works including applying additional silicone to the windows. The building has still not been treated and as such, will still absorb water until it is. We lost a lot of money buying from Noah garden rooms when having to pay twice for the fitting. They don't admit mistakes and don't listen to customer's requests if it means any inconvenience for their fitters.

Dear sir/madam, We do not have a customer of your name on file but given the details within the review, we may know what issues you are referring too. On the date of delivery, the team arrived 45 minutes earlier than planned but we did give you notice and the team waited on site for you to arrive. Your base was unlevel when the team arrived. You were on site at the same time as our team and they did not leave until you had seen that the base was unlevel. You stated in subsequent emails to us that you knew it was unlevel and that this was intentional. We clearly state both in order documents and over the phone that the base needs to be solid and level. As the building could not be installed on the day of delivery through no fault of our own, we did not refund the fitting fee. This is detailed in our terms and conditions. We are sorry you have been dissatisfied by our service. We never want to be in a situation where we can not install a building because we never like to have unhappy customers however we also can not install a building on an unlevel base. Regards, Noah

Had my workshop installed this morning, the team arrived nice and early and were finished in no time.
They took all rubbish and left my garden very tidy, I even had a follow up call from a lovely lady asking if I was happy with my garden room, which I am :) Great service

Appalling customer service-don’t touch this company. Customer service is atrocious. They take your money and run. Purchased a shed for £3000 which 3 weeks after being fitted is leaking everywhere.
They won’t entertain any resolution after saying it’s down to us not painting the shed and not putting down a liner which we had bought and were told by the fitters was not needed. Now being called liars-saying they have no proof that’s what the fitters said. Why would we go out and buy a liner and have it ready to put down and not use it unless we were told not to.
Got a big hole in one corner which they have tried to tell us is an air vent!!!
Can’t get to speak to them on the phone as conveniently in a meeting when you ring.
DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO THIS COMPANY -TRADING STANDARDS AND WATCHDOG NEXT STOP

Dear Richard, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. We request that if you are using your own damp proof membrane then this must be laid prior to us arriving due to us not coming into contact with customers during the Covid pandemic. On the day of the installation, your damp proof membrane was not laid down prior to the arrival of the team. This issue was also not mentioned to us until 3 weeks after your delivery date. I purchased a Garden Room which was delivered on 29th June and yes it looked good. Two months later (end of August) in high winds the felt roof came loose which was resealed by Noah installers within a week, this I was happy with.
I also raised with Noah the warping of one of the four windows. It warped to the extent that it could be used as a letter box. Their response was that wood warps and the probable cause was the high winds and unfortunately there was nothing that they could do.
Their suggestion was that i put some bead to make a seal which was similar to one of the remedies i suggested to them.
Noah now don't answer my mails and just ignore the poor quality of the timber.
Would i buy again or recommend, No

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your review. We apologise that you are unhappy with one of your opening windows. As stated in your email the fault did not occur until around 2 months after installation which confirms the window was not faulty during manufacturing nor once installed. After installation the building requires an oil paint or clear coat to protect against any water ingress and weathering which ultimately leads to warping of timbers. We have offered options to you including a replacement window, and recommendations on how to correct the opening window back in its original position.
