House Cleaning
Very good cleaner but on second visit her price increased to £30 for one hour. Far too much. Didn’t want her again

Thank you for the review. We do endeavour to give a good service. We are grateful and thankful for the service you gave us. Our service at the time was £15 an hour. Please take into account that the cleaning was for the entire house. We do apologise for the communication breakdown. The first clean was for assessment, and the outcome of our assessment was that 2 hours would have been needed per week, hence the £30.

Under a year as a domiciliary provider but directors have over 10 years of work experience in adult social care

Our staff will be in uniform and can identify themselves.

The expressive experience in adult social care and the desire to do more to help others

Wearing of PPE and vaccinations a well as having a robust covid-19 policy in place
