I'm a running coach and while I'm based at Parliament Hill athletics track in North London I'm happy to work throughout London at a variety of tracks or parks. Whether you are just starting out and have never run before or want to improve your current race times I'd like to think I can help.

Nina is an exceptionally friendly and professional running coach who has helped me tremendously across a range of issues from injury prevention, drills, technique, mobility and strength training.

I particularly enjoyed working with Nina as she offers up so much knowledge and is incredibly mindful of what you specifically need as opposed to pushing a particular service.

I’ve used Nina successfully to refine my holistic approach to training and develop a plan which targets specific race goals/times.

Would highly recommend.

My husband bought 2 in person sessions back last Nov for me as a gift, after training with Nina I decided to go for weekly plan towards my 1st ever London Marathon this Apr.
It all worked just perfect, she’s patient, caring, whenever she set me a goal, she would make sure that I finish it injury free!
She checked me on a daily basis, gave me tons of tips regarding running itself and nutrition wise.
Personally I think Nina is the Best running coach you can find in London, can’t recommend more.

Nina is brilliant, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Nina is herself a very accomplished runner and she has a fantastic knowledge of all things running. She takes a holistic approach to her coaching and has lots of advice about running form, strength training and conditioning as well as nutrition. Nina is very responsive and really takes her time to explain things on the track and then follows up with videos and detailed instructions; all of which help to build a really helpful and totally bespoke resource. Services

I devise goal-orientated weekly running programmes. As these are designed specifically around individual goals, fitness levels and lifestyles I am able to accommodate both a wide age range and athletic capability. Whether you want to train for your first 5k race and have little or no running experience or are already an experienced runner who wishes to improve personal best times then I like to think I can help. These are full programmes which incorporate all running sessions together with all aspects of strength and conditioning work (so a full periodised gym programme) and include injury prevention work. It would be designed around individual goals, ability and time available.

My work as a running coach also includes teaching running drills. These are specific plyometric running exercises which, if performed correctly can serve a multitude of useful functions including improved performance and injury prevention.

Athletes of all disciplines can benefit from performing drills.

These sessions can take place at either Parliament Hill track in North London (NW3) or Barn Elms track in South London (SW13).

Whether you are looking for a regular weekly session or want to just have a one off 1 to 1 to go through how you might enhance what you are already doing then please do get in touch.
