I'm a professional chef working industry for more than 10 years. I start my career in International 5 star hotels cuisines, Jumeriah and Hilton one of these. I had a chance to work with different cuisine in their land, Thailand, Italy, France, and my hometown east Mediterranean and Greek cuisine I spent a long time with them.

Im not work for large group of clients or group dinners, I made my regular checking and show extra care in working time use double mask and keep zero contact with clients.
