After a negative experience with a previous counsellor, I was apprehensive to seek external help last year while being in a bad place however, after an initial session with Nicole, I knew I had made the right decision. Nicole made me feel at ease from the very beginning, listening attentively and giving well-founded advice and methods of coping. The additional material that she recommended I read was truly effective and allowed me to gain a better understanding and insight into my situation. She provided me with support and clarity, offering guidance which has helped me through a drastic life event, re-established a strong relationship with my husband and, most significantly, improved the relationship that I have with myself. My personal improvement thanks to Nicole’s sessions has been so noticeable that it has even encouraged some of my friends to look for counselling help with their personal issues. Nicole effortlessly helped me get to the root cause of my relationship issues by allowing me the space to work on myself. Together we identified my repeating patterns and behaviours in a compassionate way, which led me to heal my attachment injury and move forward . I now know my triggers and have clear and simple strategy to help me respond and act consciously. I also feel so much more confident and happier in life.

What I loved most is her holistic approach. Not only did we look at my main relationship issues but all of me and my life. I have a better understanding of who I am and what I want and need in my relationship and life, and feel I am able to express myself better in all my relationships including work and family.

I first got in touch with Nicole because I wanted some help with dating and understanding more about my attachment style, I didn’t want to let it get in the way of my relationships anymore. I knew a bit about what had caused me to have an avoidant attachment style but I wasn’t sure how to move on from it or if that was even possible to do. Nicole reassured me from the beginning that it is possible to move past it and she was confident that she could help, just hearing that made me feel really positive. Nicole is such a warm and welcoming person and, although I was very nervous before the first session, I felt comfortable with her straight away. Working with Nicole has helped me to boost my self esteem and create a positive image of myself, my outlook has changed a lot since I first reached out to her. She set me homework after each session and explained exactly how it would help and why it was important. This allowed me to work on myself outside of the sessions as well as during, which is essential in this process. The biggest takeaway I have from this experience is the positive reframes we set together. This was such a useful tool and I continue to use them every day to keep my mind thinking positively about myself and the things around me. Using relaxing visualisations also helped me to think about my attachment injury and to see it for what it was in order to move on from it. Nicole helped me to deal with my emotions and anxiety better and gave me the confidence I need to have a lasting relationship. Nicole was excellent in her work and was super helpful in guiding me through my self-doubt and the issues I needed to overcome in a gentle and nurturing way. Nicole is an absolutely amazing relationship coach and a delight to work with! My main goal was to make a decision to either stay or leave my relationship with my partner, and YES, I 100% achieved it!

By having Nicole’s perspective and insight, along with the appropriate tools that she used, I was able to formulate my own decision that worked for me.

I gained so much perspective, as though I was able to view my relationship from a different lens, and that gave me the ability to be more optimistic about my relationship.

Nicole’s coaching really helped me get through a complicated break-up. Within a few sessions I was able to finally make a decision with clarity and confidently go with it, without any hesitation and doubts like before. I now feel in control of my thoughts, and I’m so happy that I have stepped bravely into a new chapter of my life.
Nicole helped me reflect on my concerns and provided me with refreshing ways of seeing things. She used various techniques and exercises in the sessions, which were inspiring to use and really helped pinpoint what exactly is most important to me and what I want in life, which I never really thought of, or considered before.
She’s an excellent listener, made me feel instantly comfortable and is really good at making people feel important. I didn't feel judged or embarrassed to mention things that I wouldn't really speak about to anyone else about.

She helps you see the problems and solutions extremely clearly and calmly, which allowed me to reach several conclusions about my relationships and life that have been a huge benefit to me.
