What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and I’ve been coaching people for years. I’ve coached CEO’s, managing directors, small business owners, NHS staff, doctors, HR professionals, housewives, counsellors, corporate executives, athletes, solicitors, and many, many more titles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After receiving coaching myself over 10 years ago I noticed a huge shift in my life for the better so I decided to study coaching and to become a certificate life coach specialising in Anxiety, Procrastination, Relationships and Career. I help people from all over the world navigate their uncertainties to find clarity, enhance their confidence and live a life they love because I believe the glass isn’t half empty or half full - It’s REFILLABLE.

I am a Psychology Undergraduate, accredited Life Coach and NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) specialising in Building | Positive | Habits in all aspects of life. My aim is to guide my clients towards the goal that want to achieve with a current 100% success rate.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My clients safety is of the up most importance to me. Hand sanitiser is available and social distancing is practiced. Face masks are also available free of charge if my client/s wish to wear one.

I can offer a host of coaching approaches to different relationships and the problems that can arise with connections during, dating, marriage, friendship and work through a goal-based approach. ( most clients do so in 2-6 sessions)
Life Coaching
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. We do this in a none judgemental, relaxed environment where clients often in just 3 sessions are able to notice many improvements in their life.
Career Coaching / Therapy
This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My goal is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. Let’s have a chat in how we can make this happen.
