Nick's clear thinking, insightful questions and logical approach have helped me focus on the important things to grow my business. I’m sure I've made faster progress towards my goals than I would have done without Nick's coaching. Most of all, he's helped me see beyond blind spots I had around myself and some of the business challenges I needed to resolve. More...

Business & Career Coaching

Still in the initial stages but so fr Nick has been incredibly professional and seams to be great fit for what I need.

Q&As

I like it when my client links their success to something that we worked on together. When this happens, I usually have to point out that the client did all the work themselves, taking the idea that we discussed and making it work.

After 25 years of building a media business, I took a short break and learned to ride a motorcycle. I went on a trip through Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland. When I returned, I wrote out on a piece of paper what I loved doing and what I knew about. The answers were coaching people to success and how small businesses achieve success. I put these together and started my business.

I respect people who ask for help. In my experience, discipline is the secret to success. First, you set your goals and focus on how you help your customers solve pains or achieve gains. Then you work out how you can do this better than anyone else. Stick to this and the results will come. Writing goals out increases your chance of success by 44%. Working with a coach gets this up to 79%. If that appeals to you then we will be a good fit.

My service is principally delivered through video calls and online.

Services

I help business owners understand their strengths, stay focussed on their plans and be more confident in growing their businesses using three key tools and through regular advice sessions. As an adviser, I will make recommendations on which options a business leader should consider and I will follow up to help them stay on track.

I help senior executives to develop their leadership skills, improve their delegation and communication, and align their business and personal goals.

With more than 20 years experience of advising businesses in the £40 billion and growing UK convenience market, I can help you get your product or service proposition right and connect you to the right people so your enterprise can achieve traction.

If you are setting up in business, I can connect you to a government-funded source of unsecured start-up finance.
