My past clinical practice, integrating into the wider healthcare systems has left me wanting to add a much higher impact on peoples lives and although the acute care is great we fall short in so many of the more "human" areas where it comes to supporting each other. I knew my path was to have a much more hands on approach to impact peoples lives and create true change - serving people at the highest level.

My path has been very windy and I have had my share of "personal disruption", struggling through challenges and a good amount of my own "work". This forced me to ask some really tough questions that had not been asked since childhood and lead me on a path to redefine myself. Like all good coaches I had to do the hard work on myself before I was fit to help others!

With over a decade in health, wellness and clinical practice I have a broad understanding of the challenges people go through in life. My coaching work has lead me, over the last 2 years, to create a holistic approach to the mind and body which integrate the conventional coaching models with a focus on the physical state as well as the mental state of the guys and girls I coach.
