Barnet, North London and Paddington, Greater London , London
Hello, I am a psychotherapist and counsellor who offers integrative psychotherapy in North and West London. I offer a supportive, non judgemental space where we will be able to look together at your life, and help to make sense of the questions or issues which might have led you to counselling or therapy.

What do you love most about your job?
In my job, I love getting to know people beyond the masks that they often employ in their day to day lives - I like to see the real person. I love seeing people make positive changes and facilitating changes which make them more able to live more authentically and true to themselves in their relationships and personal life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have experienced the benefits of psychotherapy myself, and feel that others can too. I would like to assist in that process.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a genuine and ethical psychotherapist, and really want the best possible outcome for my clients.
I have had in depth training - a 5 year post graduate course from a UKCP and BACP accredited college as well as a degree in psychology and an ongoing further MA qualification in Transpersonal Psychotherapy.
I have worked in a variety of different counselling and psychotherapy roles - I worked for the Addiction Support and Care Agency for 5 years, the Caravan Counselling centre in Piccadilly for a year and the mental health helpline SANEline for 2 years. I also worked in a locked ward in Horton Hospital for 6 months.
Besides this I have also worked for 15 years as a kickboxing and martial arts coach - although this is unorthodox for a psychotherapist it has meant that I have a background in meditation. I also know how to get the best out of people and to help them achieve their goals, cope with anger and anxiety.
