I let my properties with James Nicholas they are very professional and will go the extra mile. For example James climbed on a ladder and repaired my gutter for me and didn't CHARGE me!

I just rented a property through Nicholas James Estate Agents in Southgate and I have to say I was very impressed with the how professional they where from start to finish! Coming from a tenants point of view, dealing with other agents in my past experience was not as pleasant as dealing with these guys! I initially dealt with Andrew who I must say has a true understanding of service, he really went out of his way to help us find the property that we wanted, also I found that dealing with the company as whole was really pleasant, if Andrew wasn't available to answer a question anyone we spoke to in the company where extremely helpful and new the answer to our question which shows that there is clear communication amongst the Nicholas James team!
