Qualified personal trainer and running coach covering Rugby and the surrounding area. I provide one to one sessions either in your garden, local park, or online, whichever is most convenient. I'm also pre and post natal qualified.

Nic is a brilliant PT who is friendly and approachable. I’d never worked with a PT before but she put me at ease and her style of encouragement, plus the information on the science and theory behind the training really worked for me. She helped me to set and reach my goals and try out new ways to exercise, as well as thinking about my diet. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a good time while keeping fit! More...

I'm committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. The focus is 100% on you and helping you do your best, whether you're taking the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle, already exercising but need guidance/accountability, or training for a specific event.

Enjoying exercise is key for our motivation so sessions will be fun, varied and challenging (in the right way!) whilst being based on your specific needs. You'll receive support at every stage and we'll have regular contact outside of your sessions to check on progress. There may be times I encourage you to go out of your comfort zone, but only if you are happy to. Communication works both ways and I’ll always take on board your feedback.

Running coaching can benefit any runner, whether you’re taking your first steps on your running journey or you’re an experienced runner aiming to get faster. I will ensure sessions are tailored to your needs and goals.
