We used NG Bathrooms for our walk-in wardrobe solution. Excellent service, great value and completed the works very professionally, on time and with care and attention.
They left the property beautifully clean and tidy and worked with care and attention. We plan on using their service again for our new kitchen and renovation of the bathrooms and en-suite. The fact that we will use again is the perfect review. Great job, thank you Nick and the team.

We don’t normally do reviews however on this occasion we feel that. Nick and his team deserve praise. He and his team are all hardworking, polite, friendly and professional also. went out of their way to make sure that everything is done to a high standard and to our satisfaction. From the moment we met Nick to the finish line he was patient and professional with us at all times even when we changed our minds on things ,he is also very creative., he listened to what we had in mind then shared his thoughts and found a way to make it happen. After being told no that’s not possible by others it was very refreshing that we were not dismissed and he went the extra mile to deliver. As a team they were extremely tidy doing their best to keep the house clean as they worked . We asked for a bathroom and a shower room to be updated , we also ended up with new internal doors, a wardrobe and a couple of kitchen units as extras all of which we are extremely pleased with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would we recommend Nick and his team ..would we have him back .. most definitely. Nick and his team completed work on our bathroom in December 2021, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Communication: Nick communicated with us brilliantly, as did his team during the work itself.
We’d been trying to secure someone for the work on our bathroom almost since before we got the keys to the house in spring 2020, knowing that the unattractive, tired space held great potential. When I started dealing with Nick, I was very impressed by his courteous manner and integrity, especially after months of disappointments, confusions, and no-shows from tradespeople in the pursuit of a new bathroom.
Design: My partner and I came to Nick with the basis of a design we thought would work really well, but we were unsure how best to proceed. We were so reassured and impressed when Nick deftly reimagined our idea and presented us with a fabulous CAD design for our ideal bathroom, utilising the relatively modest space even more efficiently than we could have hoped. Our ‘dream’ bathroom involved moving the position of a wall and doorway to accommodate a separate bath and shower, so a good CAD design was vital so that we could make informed decisions. We were surprised how few bathroom companies/tradespeople actually offered to do CAD designs – it was a pretty vital step for us, and it was so easily accomplished when we started working with Nick.
Execution: Nick’s core team, along with his associates (his excellent plasterer, tiler, electricians, and joiner), were all so professional and considerate as they worked, minimising the impact on us during a period of quite significant remodelling. They communicated with us well, dealt swiftly with any questions we had, and left everything very tidy each day. We felt in excellent hands throughout and hugely appreciate the skill that went into constructing our new bathroom. Nick and his team all have extremely high standards and the finished room is a testament to this - it surpasses all our expectations and we feel very lucky. I think it took someone with Nick’s vision and creative conviction, as well as his team’s all-round talent, to deliver our dream bathroom, and we wouldn’t have achieved it without them.

Nick and his team are a great bunch of guys who knows their trade. Nick was very understanding of my requirements and was happy to accommodate our plan and views. The fact that he was as excited as I was about the bathroom makeover made it easy to pitch my ideas to him. Nothing was too difficult for him. The team are really polite and kept disruption to a minimum during the work.

Our finished bathroom really deserves five stars but the installation took rather longer than we had (all) planned. Twice as long to be honest!
We had chosen things that are difficult to work with and additionally were very unlucky with impossible to anticipate situations and product problems
Having said that - Nick remained composed throughout!
Happy with the resulting bathroom installation and we’ve all learned a few things.
We are confident that Nick will be on hand to problem solve if we need him

Nick and his team have completely transformed our bathroom!! Excellent workmanship and absolutely no shortcuts taken. The prices were very fair for the standard delivered, lots of extras were included to ensure the bathroom lasts as long as possible. Very reliable, honest and trustworthy. The costs didn't creep up and it was finished within the timescale we were quoted, which considering the size of the job (extending a 2m x 2m bathroom to 3.7m x 2m, knocking walls through, building 2 new walls, re-plumbing, new electrics, plastering and fitting a new bathroom) was quite remarkable. I couldn't recommend NG bathrooms enough!! Only problem is, they have done such a good job, our en-suite is now looking a little tired and will soon need Nick and his team back to give it a makeover!! More...

We had a vision to completely revamp and totally change the layout of our en suite. Nick offered his own vision to help deliver a stunning new en suite for us.
The tiling was excellent and our new en suite looks fantastic and I am very pleased with his work.
Nick was very professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. I was happy to leave him with a set of keys and he treated my house as if it was his own. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would definitely recommend him to other people.
