What do you love most about your job?
At Neways at Home, we love supporting our staff to go an extra mile to support our clients be it live-in care or overnight care or hourly care. We are passionate about care and determined to make a difference (MaD) to people around us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Neways at Home provides care at home and live-in care services in and around Weymouth and Dorchester.
We were born from a small care home in Weymouth, Chestnuts Residential Home. With over 35 years of providing quality residential care, specialising in Dementia – you’ll find we’ve developed a wonderful reputation and a much-valued service here within the community we serve.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We did not have any outbreaks or service user's deaths related to COVID 19. We have followed national and Dorset Council's COVID guidelines in every way.
We have done extensive risk assessments for all our clients and staff and ensure they are safe and put actions in place to eliminate the risks.
