Hey Guys,
Dropping a review for works completed on 02/01/23. Kitchen and living room full refurbish. I decided to go with a rendering package as I wanted to show the family how it would look.
The photo realistic images really helped turn my vision into reality. One thing I would say is I felt at ease because they assigned a project manager that was checking up on our property every other day. Good experience overall.

Work completed on 20/05/22 was just emailed by the team asking to leave a review on the system.
After the initial phone call they came out for a site visit within a few days.
We had our loft conversion with a rear kitchen extension done. Opted in for the architectural package which included: planning permission & building regulations. Also we took the 3d rendering package which helped bring our ideas/vision to life. Would definitely use and recommend these guys they work fast.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Typically, the best way to get a better understanding if your loft is suitable for conversion would be by taking a look at your neighbors who have a similar property, and just checking to see if they have a loft conversion.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Upon confirmation of working with us, we will go online to view your neighbours applications and get a better understanding of the councils requirements. We will then do a site visit to get some measurements and take down a brief of what you would like to do with the space.
Once the initial stage is complete we then begin designing and browsing through layouts and options and if applicable the interior designing.
Then we submit a planning application, followed by submitting building regulations to the council.
Pretty straightforward right?
What’s your interior design process?
Upon confirmation of works with us, we then follow up with a design consultation and create a brief for your requirements and space.
The next step if quite creative and fun as we ask you to create some mood board (or just send inspiration photos), this then leads to us creating mood boards and sending them back.
The designing process then begins and dependent on your requirements we can do the following:
- Source products
- Source materials
- Provide labor specification quotes
- Provide Materials specification quotes
- Provide 3D Models to visualize your space
- Provide Renders (Photo realistic images of what your project will look like at the end)

There are absolutely no limits to styles. We have a highly experienced design team specialising in ensuring your vision comes to life. We of course provide recommendations and help with this process, but it is a joint decision.

Working for a huge firm is great, but we are a bunch of architects, interior designers and creatives that have come from different backgrounds and different spaces from around the world. We all share one passion, and that is designing! We want to be great in what we do, and we want to build a huge name for ourselves, and that's exactly the way we are headed.
