Like others, our 3 year old lad was frightened of the water. He’s come on leaps and bounds since starting. He’s now about 10 weeks in, grown in confidence, learnt to float, learning the basics of swim strokes and even jumps in with no arm bands with Instructor Memoos support. I would definitely recommend Nemo for swimming lessons. A year ago my son wouldn't put his face in the water, now he can swim underwater with ease. My 5 year old boy has been learning to swim with Nemo for 10 weeks. He was terrified of the water before he started and now can’t wait for he’s lessons. His confidence has grown and he has shown great improvement. Nemo is very good and patient with the kids. Meemo is a dedicated & passionate teacher. You can tell this isn’t “just a job”. He gains the respect of his students instantly with his friendly but authoritative approach. Because he teaches from in the water and not on the pool side, the students are far more receptive, they listen well and their attention is kept on Meemo. My son started lessons when he was 3yrs & 4 months, has been swimming weekly for half an hour lesson with Meemo & now 18 months on he can swim without armbands! I had a very reluctant Swimmer, he's 5 and I'd tried him at a few different swim classes and he'd always screamed the places down, but Nemo Swim got him straight into the water with no fuss and now he's loving the lessons. I was like any other parent, undecided who to choose for swim lessons for my little boy. I am glad I chose Meemo and I hope you do too! My little boy is extremely confident in water thanks to his swim lessons with Meemo. Instructor is always in water with your child and gives your child a good laugh while teaching at the same time. There are ample lessons in and around areas but there is an excitement and fun factor that Meemo has that makes the lesson fun each time. Meemo has been fantastic for my child. He has developed his water skills and confidence quickly. He is quite strict and concentrates on fine tuning the childrens strokes, rather than just swimming across the pool. Highly recommend!

Meemo is great in the water at calmly getting children to do what is needed. My 3&5 year olds are really enjoying lessons and are making very good progress. My eldest after 16 weeks could swim a couple of lengths independently on holiday. It wasn't pretty but he had no water confidence or competence prior to the 16 weeks of lessons. Meemo is now really focusing on style and technique and this is rapidly improving! Both my boys are super confident in the water and are very much enjoying lessons. Meemo has been very flexible for us and does what he can to accommodate each child's/family's individual needs, which has meant a lot to us. My boys enjoy the challenge of assessment week and have picked up 3 certificates and badges already. Meemo skips badge levels where needed and doesn't just plough through them. Meemo is my 10 year old twin sons swimming instructor, they have made excellent progress under his teaching. For my sons birthday I bought them a scuba diving lesson with Meemo. The twins thoroughly enjoyed it! Meemo explained things clearly, was encouraging and made them feel at ease. My 6 year old son's water confidence has improved significantly. Ten weeks ago he wouldn't even jump in the pool. Now he loves jumping in, and even went chest high in the sea last week with waves crashing over him, and was learning to body board too! Amazing.

My kids ages 5 and 7 have both made amazing progress with Meemo. I think they have been swimming with him now for just 16 weeks and have already completed 2 badges in that time. My youngest did not swim when we first started and my eldest was not confident. We are impressed by how very patient he is with our children especially as at times my youngest can be very challenging. My 4 year old son had his 1st 1:1 lesson last weekend, he is very nervous in the water and has not had a good experience with previous lessons. We were so impressed with how much progress he made in just one lesson. Meemo has a very calm approach and quickly put my son at ease.
