What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Have you used a designer before?

Describe your creative process.
After speaking with the client and understanding their business - I research competitors. From that, I compile various draft concepts that pave the way to a more complete design. I do not stick to one particular graphic style and can produce / replicate anything that a client can present to me in physical / digital form or from a detailed description.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A brief on the business and the markets it's aiming to penetrate. All content is needed before I start work, although this can be modified further down the line. What other businesses they hope to achieve a standard of.

Flexibility and freedom to choose which projects I work on and being as close to the client as possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a full service digital designer, this means that I am able to meet and exceed any design requirements that the client may have. For example, once we've completed a Logo together and have begun to form a working partnership - the client doesn't need to use anyone else for: Websites, promotional banners, product visualisations, video animations and more. I can take care of everything.
I am a warm and approachable designer who takes pride in his work, my number one priority is customer satisfaction without compromise. I am the sole owner and operator of the business - therefore, there will only ever be one point of contact.
I always try to educate my clients along the way to ensure that they know what is happening at all times and why. I use a jargon free communication style but am always happy to get techy if needed.
