Boys came along, lovely boys, went the extra mile and deep cleaned it for 5 hours!! Brilliant service will use again

The young gentleman who came to clean our range cooker was very diligent, polite and worked hard.
The organisation was good but I found the phone calls difficult to hear clearly.

The price was really competitive but unfortunately that reflects the terrible communication and service of the company. Communication was brilliant until the actual cleaning - our landlords were very disappointed with the standard of cleaning (although we gave a clear list of things to cover, many of those items were not addressed) and from that point on I've had zero responses to my emails and messages. I booked a cleaner for three two bathrooms and two showers in a shared house.
