I have ordered a few times now from NE Workwear and have just received my latest delivery. I am very pleased with all my items and as always the quality is fantastic. On the first order, the logo had not embroidered very well on the garments as there are some fine lines in the logo, which didn’t come up. I asked NE to tweak the logo on their software and thicken the lines up on the logo, they did a fantastic job and the embroidery on all the items is fantastic with a very clear logo. They have kept me up to date with the orders and have rang me straight away if there’s a problem. I needed a company that I could place regular orders with every few months and I’m very happy to have found NE Workwear. Thank you team. More...

On 3rd April, I ordered a soft shell jacket for a new employee alongside a few caps. Still not received the caps, and jacket only just arrived (2 months after I ordered) Still no reply to my email as to where the caps are. I am the last person who would leave a bad review, but genuinely annoyed at the lack of customer service from this company I'm looking to place an order for around 20 items and 100% will be taking it to another company!
