Rosie was amazing she understands clients and what will look best of them but unfortunately she is let down but unprofessional staff that argue with paying customers when they have made a mistake. Rosie started my nails but due to staff not turning up had to pass me over to a colleague of hers. She instructed her to put the shellac on as she had already buffed and shaped my nails. the worker filed my nails and made them uneven Rosie saw and fixed it but the staff member continued to state she done nothing wrong, As Rosie was fixing my nails the other lady began talking about what happened in front of me a gesturing towards me. When I told her that isn't a good way to treat customers she began to laugh. Rosie told her to stop and was very apologetic. Overall its a lovely clean shop and Rosie is attentive worker! This place is excellent. I dealt with Rosy who was very good and quick. My nails look fabulous. She has a vast amount of experience on how to deal with customers and what nails items and colour look best on skin. Always book. Highly recommended.

Before calling tippi nails, i called so many other nail salons to find out whether they do powder glitter. Rosie gave me an appointment as soon as possible and then I showed her what i want and she took more than 10 minutes to take her time to sit and discuss with me what she has and what she is going to do.
