The transformations that I achieve for my clients - their mindset completely shifts and they feel calmer and happier with a much more positive outlook on life. I feel very grateful to help my clients work through and heal from unresolved traumas and negative emotions because I am able to witness first hand, the ripple effect that this has on the rest of their lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I set up my business as a result of my own mental health breakdown and PTSD following a horrific car accident. I tried lots of different strategies but the EFT Tapping technique really transformed how I felt mentally and emotionally, even after just one session. It really helped calm my anxiety and I loved that I was able to use the technique to practice (outside of sessions) on my own during moments of distress.

Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT (Tapping) (Somatic talk therapy)
EFT or Tapping as it is more commonly known, is a powerful mind-body tool that works to relieve stress and anxiety in minutes.
It works in the same way as acupuncture but instead of needles, the client uses their fingers to stimulate the specific meridian points to calm the mind and the body whilst talking about emotional triggers.
Tapping can be used for PTSD, anxiety, low self-worth, limiting beliefs, phobias, cravings, childhood trauma and pain relief.
