Most people are unaware that their insurance policies cover them for independent surveying services be it quantum reports, cost analysis, structural designs or reinstatement valuations. Surveying services is an integral part of your insurance premium which everyone pays as part of a calculation made by underwriters to specifically cover the cost of surveyors.

At NSN we don’t charge you, but agree with your insurance company to be appointed on YOUR behalf and we will invoice your insurer directly for our professional services. In almost every claim classed as major or complex loss (£30k plus), insurers or their appointed loss adjusters will request the services of either an in-house surveyor or a network panel surveyor from the insurers own approved lists.
