I dont do reviews but felt the need. My older sister has suffered with mental health issues since she was a teen. We have cleared my parents home many times but she fills it back up with house hold rubbish. The last time we did it my mum had passed away. My sister lives there alone. We have had many complaints from the council regarding the property. My sister was about to be evicted when I came across a you tube video called Britains Hidden Hoarders. I found the companies name and googled everything I could, it was reading the reviews that made me call.This was 7 months ago, Tee & Caz have made a major difference in my sisters life. The house has remained clean since. Tee & Caz still check up on her, by popping every few weeks having a cuppa and encouraging my sister to clean up. The Xtreme Team are amazing. My elderly mother became a hoarder after my father passed away over 20 years ago. Mother had a fall a 5 months ago, she ended up in hospital. Due to the state of her house, she was not allowed home without a care package in place. After many weeks trying to sort out her house which was endless. I really thought it would never end. I did so may trips to the dump at least 70-80 bags it took me many weekends. I hadn't made a dent. What really surprised me was the grime. My mother never allowed me to visit she always came to ours. So I had't realised how bad it had become. I couldn't allow our kids to visit at nannies house. I knew over the years it had become cluttered but nothing prepared me for what I found. After callimg so many cleaning companies I finally found N Gervais via google. I had to wait a week before they could come out to the property. Once they assessed the property I waited a few days for the quote to come through. At first I did think it was expensive. They cleared 5 high top vans full of rubbish, they sorted through her things setting aside all her important things and what could be salvaged. I went for the whole package, a full restoration clean. They stripped the house back to its orginal floor boards, they cleaned and re-painted the whole property. Mother by this time had been moved into respite care which she throughly enjoyed. She made the decision to become a full time resident.The house was put up for sale, within 2 months the house was sold. Because of the wonderful services they provided the house looked amazing, only needed a new kitchen and bathroom. Mother got a good sale and is now settled living a full life independently with other residents in a lovely little complex. Every time I call my mother now, shes on her way to some activity. Great Service. Until I needed Extreme cleaning services I didn't know they existed. Thanks to this Company I was able to sort my fathers house out and help him resettle in more suitable accommodation. They certainly go beyond domestic cleaning. One well known company I called first mentioning no names wanted to charge £150 per hour to get my father's home into a decent condtion to sell on. This house was full to the rafters with rubbish.
This company did more for a lot less. They even cut back the gardens and capped off the gas. Organised everything from start to finish leaving no stone unturned. Based in the West Midlands they made no bones about travelling to Wembley Middlesex. More...

I used this Company to Restore my family home.My brother passed away last year leaving the property left to him by our mother in a terrible state due to years of hoarding, mounds of rotting rubbish in the property for years. Caz and Tee headed the clear up team. The transformation was amazing the standard of clean made such a difference. After probate I was able to auction the property. I used the proceeds to move out to Spain for a fresh start. If it wasn't for N Gervais Cleaning Service I would have had to use different services to get the property to a decent standard. I can honestly say Tee and Caz are two of the greatest women I've ever met! They've helped myself and my dad out so much for the better! I was in need of carpets to be cleaned. After contacting a few companies explaining i needed them done over the weekend only N. Gervais cleaning service could accommodate at short notice. I spoke to caz on phone who was very helpful. Received confirmation time of attend the day before which was prompt. I write this review on behalf of my neighbour. She was an old lady living alone. I'd see her from time to time. But we kept ourselves to ourselves. She had family pop in to see her also. But a few weeks had gone by and I had not seen her. I thought it was because I was busy with work etc. I called the police because she wasn't answering her door and there wasn't any movement. Sad to say she died at home alone. The police went through their normal procedures but once everyone had left someone had to clean up the mess.(the matter that was left from a deceased body) I found out later that week that the lady's granddaughter use to check on her weekly but had taken a trip abroad with her friends. Hence no check up. This girl and her family were left to clean up the mess. They didn't know where to start. We contacted N.Gervais while sat around my dining table. Excellent . Having lived with 5 other students, it is safe to say the house was a mess! I finished uni and needed a end of term clean. My nan died and the family decided to rent out her house instead of selling. This team came in and cleared the house up. They also offered decorating to make the house more presentable for future viewing tenants. They cleaned the carpets and where the carpets were too old and dated we replaced them. Absolutely brilliant service! Are you a hoarder feel like things are to much find idea of organising tidying up overwhelming? Suffer mental issue give these guys a call. Kind, caring and all their employees have a background in the mental and care sector. They did super job on cleaning my flat and ridding my home of all the stuff I'd accumulated over the years.
