What do you love most about your job?
It's an awesome feeling when your meet a client after their event and see the smiles on their faces.
It reaffirms that the all rainy days, heavy lifting, constant driving, planning and man hours where all worth it.
I believe a temporary structure/marquee is more than a covering. It’s place of synergy for a special event. Paying attention to detail where others might not. Ensuring a memorable experience can only be achieved through hard work.
I enjoy speaking to previous customers who refer us to other clients, and have them mention that they want to book us because we went the extra mile each and every time.
In a time of declining customer service focus, we aim to show our clients that we do care and will always strive for the best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been involved the events industry with 10 + years including technical knowledge.
I had several poor experiences with marquee providers. After much frustration at the lack of service provided for smaller customers, Mystic UK was born.

From our initial contact with clients we treat everyone the same. It does not matter how many times we are emailed, called or asked to attend site. We will do what we can to ensure you have all the relevant information to make the best choice.
We aim to create an experience for your guests, and not just erect and dismantle a marquee.

With an easy-going approach, no pushy sales antics our primary aim is to serve our clients, no matter whether your corporate IT firm to a small set of friends getting together for that 50th Birthday party.
