Amy and her small team did a wonderful end of tenancy clean including oven clean. They were efficient and worked to a high standard. I'd recently had a serious hospital stay that meant I was unable to do the deep cleaning needed myself for the move and it made such a difference being able to trust them with it and not set back my health recovery. I highly recommend them. I didn't need carpets cleaning as they were being replaced but they also offer this service and are licensed to take any rubbish away for an extra fee. More...

How long have you been in business?
Originally set up in 2019, but unfortunately due to covid hitting late that year, cleaning companies was not essential, so we decided to close as were hit really bad. Now in 2020 we set up the business again as things started to open up and cleaning was allowed again. My vibrant new business set up 2020 called Mystic Cleaning we are located in Cardiff and supplying cleans in the surrounding areas aswell.

Yes all materials, products & equipment is supplied by Mystic Cleaning.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new and my clients, supporting them with their cleaning requirements is some thing we can do hassle free.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in many departments and sectors throughout my life and never felt at home, I am outgoing and a people person. I wanted to open up something of my own so i could spend more time at home with my little ones. So I decided to open my own cleaning company to help other people in need of cleaning services.
We are family oriented and all my staff wear uniform, ID badges and very polite and warm. We are fully registered and insured.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff wear PPE, we also ask if clients can remain in a room until we have finished cleaning or if they like to go out while we attend that's fine.
All equipment is cleaned after every use.
