It was a terrible experience. They was an hour late because could not find my address. After that she told me she can’t finish the work because she need to pick up her kids will come to finish it next day . and I let her go. In second day she didn't come until I contacted them. As a result, I had to pay extra for she come . I have to pay extra because of my sympathy? In this way they are very irresponsible for the customer. I’m not satisfied. More...

Hello Vivian, Firstly you gave us the wrong address so our cleaner was waiting trying to contact you for an hour but no answer from your side. We gave you more than 50% off your booking as you told us it was a light job but on arrival, we found that your property had construction work done to it and was more than what was expected. We accommodated the booking for the price you were looking for so I don't think its fair leaving a review like this when we did everything in favour of what you were looking for
