We hired Mr Smart Flow to fit our bathroom. They had a competitive quote and Florin seemed like a nice guy. After the job was complete, they left builders foam coming out the front of my house, that I had to fix. The toilet and sink leak water, the shower leaks water through to the kitchen below. The grouting is a mess and needs redoing. We have contacted Florin for the last 6 months to come correct these issue and he either ignores us or blanks the message. Florin knew my wife was pregnant and soon after the bathroom was finished we had a baby. Before you hire this company, just think, this guys is willing to leave a family who have a newborn baby with a leaking bathroom and water coming though the kitchen ceiling... We are just starting court process to chase the cost of getting someone else in to fix the bathroom. More...

The engineer Florin was a very lovely and courteous man, he fully fitted a boiler for us today and was happy to answer any questions that we had due to the new boiler being totally different to our old one which was 14yrs old. Florin fitted our boiler over two days. He was very polite and professional and explained what he was doing and why. He did an amazing job. We had a Worcester Bosch 400 boiler fitted and it was a big job as we had a very old boiler with tanks. Florin worked so hard over the two days and we were delighted with the result. The boiler is great and the pressure coming from the shower is much better. Florin took care of everything from fitting the boiler to taking care of some dodgy electrics. We recently moved house and was in need of a new boiler. Due to the smaller gas pipes we also had to get the boiler moved, that multiple engineers advised the same. This was also a change from a regular to a combi boiler. We decided to go with Florin as he was very reasonably priced, tried to save us money by confirming the pipe issue before starting the project and being friendly. He also was very accomodating to our boiler brand and smart thermostat requests. Over the 2 days, he was on time, worked extremely hard and got the job done to results we are very impressed with. The boiler is working wonders and our water pressure is amazing whereas before it wasn't as Florin spotted and fixed a poor pipe setup issue. I did an extensive house renovation but unfortunately, the builder I used abandoned the project leaving my house in a discombobulated state.
