We have just sold our house and moved into our new one...I can't believe how cheap this was! We listed it for a year with 'real' estate agents and were going to have to pay thousands more and didn't even get an offer! Took a break and came back listed using moea - and matter of weeks it was under offer. It was a bit extra work doing it ourselves but we just had the number of our buyers so we could keep momentum and it worked a treat. Would recommend to anyone!!! It's certainly worth a go! Received an excellent service. Would not hesitate to recommend using, the online appointment booking service is very easy to use. All of the people viewing our property had not had any contact with an online estate agent before but all found it easy to book appointments. My Online Estate Agent was pretty good.The response from their staff, in particular Cherise who worked with us closely throughout our purchase, was very good. they Gave us what no one is doing at the moment. First class service. Our experience with My Online Estate agent was good. Cherise was an absolute star. She kept us updated and provided quick communication between us and the sellers. The recommended solicitor firm were initially a disappointment though. They were very slow and there was a lack of communication. Once I informed Cherise of my concerns, she ensured the issues were dealt with. Since then everything greatly improved. Simply Excellent! When I found "My Online Estate Agent" I thought it would be a good way to get my property listed with Rightmove and Zoopla. I had no idea of the excellent complete package I would get. The office staff were all delightful and extremely pro-active at selling my property. Excellent service and we have saved thousands of pounds! This, in my opinion, is the future of selling houses and I would not hesitate to use again. Customer service (I spoke mainly to Cherise) and good communication are at the forefront.
