Sometimes life can be overwhelming and we can be dealing with something painful. You do not have to struggle alone. I offer a safe space to work through your difficulties. It is only when we speak to someone unconnected from us that we hear our thoughts and how we are really feeling.

I have always been business orientated. After leaving the NHS, it was the next obvious step for me once I had gained more skills and experience.

I have arefuly handpicked and vetted all of my therapists. They are specialised in many different areas and can offer a multitude of skills. We offer a free initial call to discuss the difficulties and guide you through the process. Not only will you have your therapist for support, you will also have myself along your therapeutic journey.

Services

Sometimes life can hurl difficulties our way which can become overwhelming to deal with, whilst most of the time we are able to manage, the challenges can leave us depleted, stuck, lost or angry. On top of this our lives are often so busy we do not have the time to think clearly and invest in our own wellbeing. Friends and family may do their best to help but may have their own agenda and problems.
Counselling can help us restore and reconnect by having a safe space to explore these difficulties, gain an insight and also acceptance.
Counselling is a confidential space where you can share and explore your concerns and uncensored thoughts that may be troubling you. Our therapy rooms provide you with a sense of security to share these problems and explore them collaboratively with your counsellor

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can also be combined within therapy for those feeling stuck, deflated and work on empowering you to gain back control of your life.

Do you feel restricted by anxiety, worry and low mood? Therapy can help you explore how these difficulties developed and identify how it is being maintained, and then we can work to identify solutions to break this unhelpful cycle.
