Deep Cleaning Services
Absolutely horrifying experience!! Even though we had booked in a deep cleaning over a month ago, they FAILED TO TURN UP on the agreed day (18th August 2021). And worst of all, THEY NEVE BOTHERED TO LET US KNOW. No communication from them whatsoever as to why they didnt turn up despite thousands of calls to their office and emails-complete radio silence from them!! We had defrosted the fridge for cleaning and all that food is now wasted. Spent hours emptying cupboards as per their instructions and all for nothing!!! Unprofessional to the core. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had from any service provider. I would give them Zero stars if I could! Avoid them by all means!! More...

I have used them for end of tenancy cleaning, they were very professional, on time and did few extra bit as well. And the main thing was I haven’t got any complaint from my estate agent and got my deposit back 😉. I would highly recommend them 👍
