I highly recommend Multi-let, I am a tradesman who completes work for them when requested, the people I deal with are conscientious and work above and beyond to solve problems, what tenants need to understand is that Multi-Let are a 'middle man' who manage properties for Landlords, there is a lot of back and forth communications required to make arrangements to address issues, authorise works, contract trades and arrange access. I’m a carpenter and replied to a post on My Builder from Daniel Simpson @ Multi - Let. I’m always sceptical about dealing with letting agencies as I’ve suffered from delayed & non payments in the past. I asked Daniel to personally guarantee my payment upon completion, which he did without question. The job was pretty straight forward and I was paid in good time. The experience as a whole at multi let has been good as I've not too many problems with them, but when I've have, Max has always dealt the the problems in a quick and efficient manner as recently when he got me a new bed as my previous bed had been broken or a couple of months, Max was able to deliver me a bed but as it was the wrong one the right bed came the next day and he even brought round a maintenance guy to help build the bed in a quick and efficient manner. When our washing machine broke, I phoned multi-let and spoke to Daniel Simpson. He listened to the problem, gave advice and went out of his way to send an engineer out as soon as he could, whilst keeping me updated through E-mails. When I moved in to my room with Multi Let, there were no curtains in my room, but I contacted them and Daniel Simpson was able to solve the issue in a timely and efficient manner, he even sent the curtains as a Next Day delivery! During this process, he kept me updated throughs several emails.On another occasion, the thermostat in our house broke down and Daniel sent heaters to the tenants so we would not be cold while the issue was being resolved.Definitely reccomended.
