I would like to recommend MTL, specifically Malwa and her staff for the position of housekeeper at your home. I employed Malwa just over a year ago.
During that time I have found Malwa to be hardworking and is happy to carry out any task that fits in with the prearranged time and pay. Each task is carried out with care, and the looks after my home as I would like it to be.
My home isn’t the easiest to clean. Malwa makes light work of clean up after 2 dogs, 2.free roaming rabbits and a teenage girl, who’s probably the messiest, but she still works as quickly and efficiently and most importantly carefully than any previous housekeeper I have employed.
Malwa carries out general housekeeping duties at my homes, doing everything from mopping my hard floors, vacuuming to dusting, changes bedding , and putting the bedding in the washing machine and taking out the rubbish etc. She approaches each task with care. Malwa is the most reliable trustworthy hardworking housekeeper that I have ever employed. She’s highly dedicated, dependable, and a diligent worker, aptitudes she’s truly an excellent housekeeper.

Yes everything is provided for the client. Special requests can also be accommodated
What do you love most about your job?
As a director of the company, I love to see a client who has had a bad experience or who is nervous about using a new cleaner. I work expremely hard to make sure that all my work exceeds my clients expectations. We are not the cheapest but the service we offer is the best. Clients do not leave us and in a very short space of time we become business partners and friends. I believe in making sure that my clients always have a reason to recommend my business to their friends and feel confident to do so.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a single mum, and with two young children needed extra work to make ends meet. I sound silly but I'm a meticulous clean freak, and love cleaning. I see the development of this business as a means to help others as well as making a fair living
Why should our clients choose you?
I can recommend my services like most businesses but I would always ask any potential client to speak to one of my existing customers. To be allowed into any clients property is a privelege and a matter of trust. My references will offer the peace of mind needed for a mutually beneficial partnership
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Extra cleaning and hygiene measures. I have several highly vulnerable clients and can tailor our procedures to individual client needs
