All communication was easy and very positive. Terry arrived on time for the appointment, he ensured all Covid precautions and social distancing was in place. He explained step by step what work he would be carrying out and what chemicals he would be using and how they worked. It was really refreshing to hear how knowledgeable and passionate Terry is about his trade.
