What do you love most about your job?
As a company we love to make a difference in peoples' lives by promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a qualified Social Worker who enjoys working with people. My experience, knowledge and skills helps me to manage my team and ensure they safeguard vulnerable individuals from abuse and neglect.
Why should our clients choose you?
All our staff are dedicated and reliable and have been chosen for their skills. They enjoy their work and being part of a team that supports them to support their service users. Clients can expect to be treated as individuals, with dignity and respect. This is what our care team provides. Our flexible approach ensures that care/support plan is tailored to meet each client's need/s and updated regularly to reflect any changes in those needs. Clients can feel confident that they are safe in our hands. Our staff are friendly and polite and always available to help with any questions

N/A We provide face to face or hands on service. Our service includes assisting individual with all aspects of personal care such as washing, bathing or showering. We also support with food shopping, preparing meals feeding, when required, administer or prompt with medication and or supporting to access the community for eg leisure or medical appointments.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the government guidance ie social distancing when possible, and use PPE at all times.
DOMICILARY CARE (CARE AT HOME)
You or your loved ones can continue to stay in the place you feel most comfortable – at home. We provide ongoing support that’s completely built around your care and support needs and routines.
With us, you can take your pick from the many domiciliary care services we provide. Care can start from as little as 30 minutes a week and up to several visits a day. You can even opt for an all round the clock carer living with you at home or maybe support overnight when you may need it most.
PERSONAL CARE
SUPPORTING YOUR INDEPENDENCE WITH DIGNITY, CHOICE AND RESPECT
Personal care is available for any daily tasks you may need support with, such as bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions, dressing and toileting, preparing meals, administering medication, assisting you in and out of bed all in the comfort of your own home
SOCIAL INCLUSION
We support individual to access social activities of their own choice in the community, to promote social inclusion and prevent people from becoming socially isolated or excluded, relieve the needs of those people who are socially excluded by assisting them to integrate into society
LIVE IN CARE
Our Live-in Care is a 24 hour, 7 days a week all-inclusive service.
We will work with you and help you to stay in the home you know and love. Our carers/support workers are friendly, enthusiastic, trained and will be completely dedicated to your needs. They will support with such tasks as cooking your favourite meals, shopping, accessing social activities of your choice, helping with bathing or medication.
RESPITE CARE/SITTING SERVICES
No matter how committed you are to the needs of your loved one it’s so important to make time for yourself. That’s where we come in to help. Whether it’s covering a two-week holiday, a short break or provide urgent care because of sickness, we’re here when you need us to offer help when most needed. We offer short breaks to allow your main carer to go out for a cup of tea with friends, go shopping, visit hairdresser or just have time to themselves.
