I have known and visited Helen for many years as part of the NHS pain team, for acupuncture following a serious RTA. Helen is kind, excellent at her job and very knowledgable and for someone who would NEVER have needles anywhere near me, i am no longer needle phobic. I have learnt Pain Moves, so i started having acupuncture for my remaining leg, arthritic ankle and knee but then my acupuncture changed to where i needed it most, my spine, my neck, shoulders and hands. I went to Helen with swollen muscles in my neck and was suffering from severe pain. 4 hours after my visit, the pain was gone and I could move my neck much more freely. Honestly could not recommend enough. Helen is a lovely, professional lady that listens to the problems you’re having and applies the acupuncture to suit the affected area.
