The girls I've met in this company are fantastic! They cared for my grandad who thought the world of them and sadly passed away jst over a week ago shortly followed by my grandma the day after , the girls took the time 2 attend their joined funeral and buy lovely flowers, I couldn't recommend this company enough the love they all have is just amazing xxx

Our family has used Mrs O's Caring Hands for the last 6 months. We cannot praise them enough for the outstanding and professional care they have provided to my in laws. Every week they have gone over and above what was expected of them....and with the help of Joan the Director we have managed to keep my father in law at home for as long as possible....unfortunately we have had to succumb and we had to make the decision to put both my mother/father in law into nursing homes due to their complex needs.....my father in law would call these lovely ladies 'his lasses'.....my father in law ended up having 24 hour care at home and between Mrs O's and the family we managed to put a fabulous care package together where family and carers worked as a team....one special mention must go to Jacqui who had to end up calling an ambulance for John through the early hours of last Thursday morning.....she kept John calm and liaised with Joan at the end of the phone at 4am whilst waiting for the ambulance. Although John was not showing definite signs of a heart attack she knew there was something not quite right....it had turned out that he had a massive heart attack....we thank you for this Jacqui.....he was discharged home over the weekend only to be taken poorly again and this time Nichola called an ambulance.....he is doing well and has now settled in his new nursing home. Mrs O's promptly put a care package together in the matter of hrs for my Auntie that myself & sister were caring for. They are professional and treat my Aunt with the up most respect. There carer's are second to none & the manager is more like a friend. Couldnt ask for a better team or care company than this mind .... Thankyou Joan & team x More...

Words can not express my gratitude to Joan who's compassion and commitment to my gran and myself at such short notice is second to none. Joan listened and cared also gave lots of reassurance and support. This is only the beginning of a journey I'm about to support my gran in and shes always there at the end of phone. Fantastic.......... Joan was personally responsible for our Mother remaining at home for well over a year longer than she may have without well managed compassionate domicilliary care.
